Welcome to the REBROKER.MIAMI Blog! Over the coming months, I will be revisiting virtually all of the content on this website and moving over content from the prior version of REBroker.Miami.
For years I have been tracking the residential real estate markets of the 5 zip codes of the Miami Beaches at http://BeachBroker.Miami. The BeachBroker website will remain as it is a simple blog where I cover only the beaches, but I may begin including articles for Hollywood, Hallandale & Dania Beach as well.
REBroker.Miami will be updated with content regarding the Miami-Dade County & Broward County Real Estate Markets with the occasional article pertaining the Palm Beach County. The primary purpose of this blog is to identify and feature specific buildings, projects, neighborhoods, cities, and attractions in Southeast Florida for the edification of the general public. My opinions & tastes, both professional and personal, will come across in much of my writing; and these opinions do not necessarily reflect the opinion of Metro International Investments or Miami Beach Brokers LLC or their employees & affiliates in any way.
